Chimcare Chimney Caps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to crafting chimney caps of exceptional quality and durability. We proudly back every Chimcare Chimney Cap product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials, workmanship, rust, and corrosion for as long as you own the product.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Who’s covered: This warranty applies solely to the original retail purchaser.

  • What’s covered: Any defect in materials or workmanship, including premature rust or corrosion, under normal residential use.

2. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations performed outside our facilities

  • Improper installation, maintenance, or storage

  • Acts of nature or chemical exposure (e.g., hail damage, salt spray, acid rain)

In no event shall Chimcare Chimney Caps be liable for:

  • Death or injury to persons or damage to real or personal property

  • Incidental, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or delay claims

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Return the product (shipping prepaid) to our Warranty Department.

  2. Include proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) showing date and place of purchase.

  3. Provide a brief description of the defect or issue encountered.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If we determine it to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace it free of charge. If a replacement of the original model is unavailable, we may substitute a model of equal quality.
