WHAT IT FITS

The Chimcare Round Rain Cap is designed to fit inside insulated double-wall stovepipe, which is the most common type used for wood stoves. Not sure which flue type you have? Look down into your chimney from the top. If you see a round opening from a single-wall metal pipe, insulated stovepipe, or clay liner, this cap is for you.

HOW TO MEASURE & INSTALL

Step 1: Measure
Measure the inside diameter of your round flue pipe. Place your tape measure across the widest point inside the pipe opening.

Step 2: Select
Choose the cap size that matches your measurement.

Step 3: Assemble
Attach the lid to the base using the included nuts and bolts.

Step 4: Insert
Slide the assembled cap into the top of your flue pipe. The friction-fit base grips securely. Done.

One person can complete the full installation in minutes.
